What it does

AI Strategy Platform turns a structured company intake into a strategy workspace covering an executive thesis, revenue opportunities, market positioning, risks, KPIs, and operating priorities, with charts, a report export, and a slide deck.

The problem

Small teams often need a strategy memo before they need a full consulting engagement. The work is in turning scattered company context into a prioritized analysis.

How it works

A guided intake collects the company context. Analysis runs locally or through an OpenAI-backed mode and can be exported as a report or slide deck.
